Incongruent Values Cannot Be Paid Off Higher salaries and hygiene benefits may initially engage and then enforce some level of cooperation, yet something is missing for the individual. Our personal meaning, that is our values and beliefs, start to become incoherent when we try to align them with an unfamiliar or uncomfortable ideology.
