The chronic conflicts that exist within organizations include: communication issues; the lack of self-efficacy for some of the groups as well as the individuals; and the top-down hierarchical demands within the sphere of influence. Maslow (2005/1943) chimed in that the problems mounted as an unresolved fear of hunger and want pervaded the environment and people felt exploited by business managers.
