Relational Concerns in Corporate Environments III The importance of social functioning in working groups, improving or negatively affecting output, has been discussed and researched for the last 100 hundred years. This important and often overlooked point illustrated by the 1928 Hawthorne Experiments Roethlisberger (2005/1941) showed that Individuals create social societies wherever they go.
